Dr. Neha Sangwan is a member of the CMBM Faculty. Certified in Mind-Body Medicine, Dr. Sangwan is passionate about training Ukrainian therapists on how to heal the wounds of war alongside other CMBM Faculty.

CEO and founder of Intuitive Intelligence, Dr. Sangwan is an engineer, physician and communications expert who combines medicine and communication techniques to catalyze resilient and healing organizational cultures. She consults with a range of companies, from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 100 firms, to empower entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and organizational teams to excel under pressure. Dr. Sangwan is also the co-founder of the Conscious Business Leadership Academy (CBLA), a program to teach and implement principles of conscious capitalism to CEOs. She leads the CBLA C-Suite and supports executive team alignment. Dr. Sangwan also owns and operates a private practice, where she combines her experience in medicine, neuroscience, mindfulness, and executive coaching to focus on root-cause healing. She has presented her work on three TEDx stages.

Dr. Sangwan earned her BS in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from Michigan State University and MD from State University of New York at Buffalo. She completed her internal medicine residency at Temple University Hospital, and earned her board-certification. Dr. Sangwan is nationally-certified by the International Federation of Coaches. She is also the author of TalkRx: Five Steps to Honest Conversations that Create Connection, Health and Happiness, which was also turned into a television program. Her upcoming book, BurnoutRx, demystifies how to identify, prevent and heal burnout.
